Wow have been away for a while with work, really glad this has come so far. So at least for the Suby ECU's whats the deal with the RAM. Once i get a chance to look at my ROM hex and sit down the the motorola assembly i'd very much like to know how our ECU's are putting learned data into the ram. Maybe we could have a better way for dumping and writing to ram, and come up with something ala COBB access port, that we could use to do quick reflashes for example when changing fuels or anything else. Once i get some free time ill try to dig down into what exactly is going on with the microcode but its been a while and im not up on motorola ASM. Anybody got a head start?
Maybe get the checksum stuff figured out and we could dump all sorts of neat code into the ECU like antilag/launch control.
