does anyone have any other contact info besides IM the admin on the board and/or contacting sales@tactrix.com. im looking preferably for a phone number or somethign cause this is just ridiculous its almost been a month now and still no word at all. i haven't been able to get into contact with anyone.

I ordered my cable on October 31'th, and he sent me my tracking number on 1st. He was fast to reply to my mail about int'l shipping as well.
I'd leave him ++'ve feedback if here were on Ebay :lol:

i also bought at night and the tracking number is in my mailbox at morrning and the cable is in my hands within 5 days with int'l shipping.
