i need some help

im new to this whole reflashing ecu thing can sombody give me some pointers?

i just got a cable and i need to know what programs i need to put on my lap top to be able to down load maps and up load them on to my ecu...

my mods are, aps up pipe
3in invidia turbo back
pro drive cold air intake
un recurc bov
boost controller (not installed yet waiting for a map)

Ecuflash is the only thing required. Download it and give it a shot.

where can i find maps for my sti, like a stage 2... or somthing?
