Error code with ECU flash

Hey the other day I was reflashing the ecu. I did about three prior flashes that day and total to date is about 25. I got an error code telling me that a block did not flash properly. I was also told in this code window not to turn off the ign or the ECU might be inoperable. It also said to reflash again. That I did and it went thru ok. Is this normal (by that I mean can we expect this from time to time) or am I in trouble if I keep on tuning.
