00RS CEL Memory Address

I'm trying to read the CEL codes from my 00RS. I'm under the impression it's a JECS ECU. ecuExplorer doesn't seem to be able to read the codes from my ECU. I'm not 100% sure why, but I assume it's looking in the wrong memory address. Does anybody know off hand the correct address for CEL Codes for this ecu? Or perhaps atleast a range to look within. I haven't done a memory dump yet to look more close, but I somehow don't expect that to be a trivial way to find a CEL code.

P.S. My car is actually a Canadian model, but everything I've read so far sounds like there is no difference in ECUs between CDM and USDM.
