hehe cool that you guys are all excited.. me too :)

truth is that I thought that having a number of other developers helping me would be better for the project, turns out that I have wasted about 30+ hrs with sending sourcecode and discussing application structure, and discussing things that need development, turns out that those that have the skills and sourcecode to develop it, still haven't provided a single line of code, and wasted my time that could have otherwise been spent programming EvoScan. So no more talk about opensource. I don't believe this project would benefit from opensource, as there is not enough dedicated developers to the evo community, otherwise it would probably have been done 5yrs ago by others. Looks like I'm it.

I am spending about 30hrs a week on EvoScan, so just think, the more time that goes by, the better it will be :)

Evo4Mad, you're a champion. Hope you're getting some financial rewards out of this! Please don't kill yourself getting the next release out on time for our sakes... what you've done already puts Microsoft to shame in terms of release deadlines... :) (no offense to MS programmers, you rock too)

Sorry the wife is being very needy, I wish my prioirity was my car :) but unfortunately for Evoscan its not... New release very close.. as has been for a while.. I also wasted a large number of hours making up some cheaper datalogger cables, I am going to put that aside now to get v0.9 out to you guys and gals.

If you are a MS.NET developer and want the EvoScan source code for personal use only, with no redistributable rights (because I don't want bad variants of EvoScan floating around the internet - that just sucks for the users) and if your changes are cool, which I'm sure they would be, I can include them in the EvoScan release version.

PM me, I'm happy to provide you with the sourcecode.

Cheers,
Hamish.

Hey EVO4MAD!
Good lucky with the needy wife :D
I am looking forward to the next release of evoscan

The current version seems to be working pretty well with my 98 Eagle Talon TSi AWD (1.3m cable and v0.8 software straight out of the box).

Tho I would like to not see empty columns in the csv datalog, I would prefer that they not show up at all 8) when they are de-selected.

Thanks
