Can not Download ECUFlash 1.28

I tried downloading it by clicking at the link but it happended to be a page of !@#%$@%$#@^%#$^%$#%$#^%$^#%$#^(&*&(*^^*&YYTUG^%$
How can I get the file in the form of folder that I can open it?

Ok Thanks but now I have a ECUflash_SetUp128.rar. I dont know how to convert it into .exe or something that I can open it automatically.
Could you pls advise?

You need to download and install WINRAR.

Knowing about ECU tuning doesn't mean you have know how to explode .rar file. I dont even know that .rar is one type of compressed file. I am more familiar with .zip file though.
Anyway, I have it unpacked already
