Is there a database for files just tuned, ready to upload???
Or i must start from the original, because i didn't see no one with my ECU Type and auto model year.

I need a little help.

Everyone is pretty much starting from scratch with their remaps on here. I don't think it is intended to be a place that has a load of generic maps, it is better to have your own custom maps for your car as it will give better results and be safer.

The starting point is the set of factory maps you have already.

I'm in the same position, have downloaded my rom which is completely standard and am now trying to learn enough to start making some changes. It may take a while, but when I'm done I'll be a lot more knowledgeable and confident and will be able to do my next car a lot quicker.

i must start tl learn a bit,
but don know where to start,
would like to make little changes, if there is a way or something to read about it, it will be more easy.

I know timing,turbo and fuel are the first and important thinks to look at, to modified, but don't know where and how (in quantity).

I will search the forum, and try to learn.
