problems with ecu flash useing openport1.2

i cant get any program to read my ecu rom i get this everytime

[3.172] denso02_bootloader_cmd_start
[3.062] denso02_bootloader_cmd_start
[3.063] denso02_bootloader_cmd_start
[3.062] denso02_bootloader_cmd_start
[3.047] denso02_bootloader_cmd_start
[2.266] unable to load kernel
am i supose to disconnect the white box and connect the green plug or both or neither?? im so freking confused! please help me befor i go insane

You want both connected and the key set to the on position to dump.

thankis guys i got it all figure out now and its all working whats a good program to control the boost thru the stock ecu or is that possiable?

i used ECU flash, first open the program then connect to the OBDport thenconnect the green box under the dash,then click read from ecu then turn the ignition on and click ok

I am having the same exact trouble with MY03 USDM. I've tried and tried, but no luck at all.

If using ECUExplorer, try using version 3.0.25 and not 3.0.6.
I couldn't get it to work with 3.0.6 but it works great with 3.0.25
