Siemens Simtec70 ROM editing.

I've downloaded the rom data from my Simtec70 ecu and I'm looking for some information on the structure or a editing suite that supports this ECU type, if there is one available?

WinOLS looked like it could recognise some maps but obviously its a commercial bit of kit and they wont sell to private retail.

Just looking for some pointers
