EVOIX.........Can't Read or Flash.........Help

Hi everyone, i ran into some problems reading the ecu on my EVOIX with EcuFlash. i was able to read and flash a week ealier, but now i can't do neither. the car starts and runs fine, but here is the error message that i keep getting.......

Can anyone help me out with this? i hear a solenoid sound click about 3 times and then stops.....Can someone please help me diagnose this, i would appreciate it very much...

download ecu unlocker ,,run the unlocker then open ecuflash and try again
