Ecuflash cant read my ecu... please help

hey all... when i try and open my ecu all i get is the following

[00:11:54.578] This vehicle interface does not support needed features.
[00:11:54.578] unable to connect to vehicle interface.

i have a tactrix cable v 1.3b and ecuflash v 1.29a

When you plug the tactrix cable in, does the machine install the driver for it?

yes all the drivers and everything are installed. i know the cable is working correctly because mitsulogger is working fine.

check the obd socket pins are in place

wouldnt that cause a problem with evoscan as well?
