broken JDM Evo 8 ECU

During the download battery at my laptop goes down and when I charged it the ecu is not answering anymore. is there any possibility to fix it ?

Try downloading the ECU Unlocker from www.aktivematrix.com it "Should" work with an ECU that isn't otherwise responding due to a corrupt or locked rom image.

I forgot to mention, you run this program and then run ECUFlash at the same time, ECUFlash will pick up the new settings.
