MY05 FXT ADM ECU question

Hey all!

I have a tune that has been built for me but I need some help before I flash it to my ECU.

Looking on RomRaider my ECU is a A2WC400M where as the one provided is for a A2WC420M. Am I safe to say that I will need to change it over (or get it changed) to have the tune on the 400 map before I upload it?
