Drive By wire

Please help if anyone got solution. I am having error 2122 for DBW after a few runs, the DBW will just cut off & can only rev till 3000rpm, but once i off the engine & restart it will be fine again.

That's a problem with one of the accelerator pedal position sensors. Perhaps a flakey connector?
