HELP!!!!!! Evo 5 conversion to Evo 7 ECU

Help!!!

ok so im wiring the evo 7 ecu into my E5 and when tring to pull out cable 20 so i can match it to pin 32... the wire ripped out of the harness leaving me with one ripped wire and one connector (which i should be using) left inside the harness.

how do i get those little connectors out??????? i tried using everything....

I first thought i could just cut the wire and connect to the wire that was at pin 32 but there was no wire!!!!

any suggestions????
