NOTE: it takes about a minute to load, so please be patient. (it looks as if it's frozen/crashed) but it isn't.

this will-can help you trouble shoot a connection, especialy if you know the AS# of your upstream provider.

as Jon [in CT] said it must of been the dns , i set and registered with

OpenDNS.org:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

it didnt work straight away as i posted earlier , however i tried it in the morning the next day and it works perfect now .
