Problems with Stage 2 06 STi (logs inside)

06 STi w/ TBE and protune; nothing else.

I have been fighting with an on and off problem for quite sometime now and after finding your forum I need some advice. Originally the car was professionally tuned in Seattle w/92 octane gas. I have moved back home to Nebraska where they only offer 91 octane fuel. I started having problems this summer when the car was shutting its EBC off and would only run wastegate boost levels. After logging I found out the car had some serious knock issues, I hooked up the wideband and there were no issues there w/ lean spots. So I contacted the tuner and I was told the car was running to much timing and that was the source of all of my problems. He sent me a new map with a few degrees of timing pulled out of the tune and away I went...for 4-5 months. Today the car acted up again and turned the EBC off out of nowhere. I reset the ECU tonight and logged a few different pulls and am hoping that you guys might lead me in the right direction as to what I should do with the car's present tune.

In order to see a more useful pull take a copy of my sample.csv and log the setting i have in there. Sounds to me like he either had too much timing in there and you blew up a piston running 91 octane ooorr your just running too much timing. you can test this out by holding down the gas with the car shut off and the clutch. try starting the car. it shouldnt start when both are depressed. If it sounds like its skipping every 3 to 4th role over then your in trouble. If its smooth then its just a file issue so far. normally it shuts the boost controller off when there is a big problem.
