Airtrek Turbo Speed Cut removal

Hi All,

I need help in removing my speed cut. I've tried changing the values of the speed limiter to 510 510 but it doesn't work. I must've missed something.

I've read my ECU by using the E9 kernel and manage to grab my ecu data out. Do I need to change anything else to get the removal of speed limiter working?

Post your hex file, do a new read from the ecu.

I don't have a hex file. I only have the bin file. Please see attached.

Any idea how to link the TAC-OpenPort1.3U to the ECU to reflash the airtrek turbo ECU?
i bought the cable, but can't find the connector which WRX have it next to the OBD2 port under steeringwheel.
