Connector?

I am tuning a 2003 WRX, my question is, after tuning do I unplug both connectors(white and green)? I have everything running good, I just need to know what I do after I flash my car. What proceedure do I follow if I want to retune it again? Thanks.

If you are done with the re flash then yes, disconnect the green and white connectors and Go do some logging
