Hi There!

This is the first ECU I have read with my tactrix cable. I cannot get the ROM readable in any software. (A4RN2000)

I have compared it in hex to the closest rom I have available (A4RN1000) and it seems a little small in file size?

ECU read fine in ecuflash, but said the rom was unreadable afterwards.

ROMs from these ECUs occupy only 160k of flash. There is a 32k RAM window in the middle of the file which if not removed, makes the file 192k.

Can this be added to make it readable?

Can it be reflashed?

Sounds like there is no definition for this ROM type. Use XMLWrite to generate a 'starting point' definition for your ROM; you should find it somewhere on this forum.

Or you could use this one I just made for you. I have not checked it; it is the raw output from XMLWrite.
