TYPE UK STI PRODRIVE READ AND WRITE ERROR

Postby japerformance » Wed Jul 25, 2007 12:08 pm

Hi ya people how is everyone doing?

i have tried to read a UK type prodrive car 2003 newage ecu and get a read error, from what i understand it has been flashed with the ecutek and wont be readable till the ecutek is removed is that correct.

Is there any other way round this.

Regards

Simon

It might have been reflashed with EcuTeK (not sure exactly when that software first became available) but it is certainly readable. Maybe you failed to connect the 6-pole Tactrix flash block connector? Where's the EcuFlash log?
