having problems on first reflash

hey guys i am new to this. i conected my tactrix cable to my car and to my computer and opened ECUflash and my computer didnt read anything.. do u guys guys know what mught be wrong..

please help me out

You should install the software first. After completion, then connect the cable. Windows will find the drivers and install the tactixs cable.
