Q on IAM

Hi folks, need help in understanding IAM. Based on what I have read, it should be dynamic and learn.

What I have noticed on my car - 2004 AusDM LGT - is that upon reset, it goes to 0.5. After the 0.5 bar push, it goes up to 1.0. It stays there for over a month. Then a couple of weeks ago, I went to the track (autoX is what u folks call it..), and I notice the following:

1st outing - 3 laps - stayed at 1.0
2nd outing - 4 laps - dropped to 0.75
3rd outing - 4 laps - dropped to 0.56
4th outing - 4 laps - remain at 0.56

After 350km ride back to Singapore, it remains at 0.56. After 2 weeks of city driving, it remains at 0.56. Hmm...it never re-learn to adjust back to 1.0. Seems stuck at 0.56.

Can someone shed some light?

Could be you're not logging the write parameter.

I'd try reseting the ECU and see what happens.
