Does ECUflash reset the Evo ECU after a reflash?

I would like to know if the mitsubishi kernel calls a reset after it has flashed the ECU.

I am running some maps in RAM and I want to know how to initialise my pointers and copy routine.

Otherwise if a user was running maps from RAM and reflashed and the variables still pointed to RAM then some of it may be overwritten by the flash process and the car would be started with corrupted maps.

On a power down it calls the reset vector from 0x00000000.

So does it with a reflash?
