Map scaling

ok im trying to figure out the rpm scaling for my xml, the numbers i have go
115 119 123 127 131 135 139 143 147 151 155 159 etc, there are a total of 16 values. Any one chuck some light on the math i need to convert these to a RPM scale starting at 800 ?

22 38 54 70 86 etc
