can the ecu logging and flash program work with 1.8 turbo?

can u use the tactrix cable and ecu software with the mitsu 1.8 GSR?
im using this engine, and ecu in a COLT GLXI and i just wanna know if anyone ever tried it or if it wshud work.

also if i may add the engine and ecu are out of a 1998 mitsubishi lancer gsr (i think also called MR or STR in some places)

the engine is a 1.8 turbo dohc with a td04 turbo

Both ECU's are not flashable. Letter "F" means that CPU has QFP package.
