:? doh!
I know colby is busy based on comments in other threads
I guess that since the price is right..
If I have it by xmas at this point...

Is there anything we can do to move it along?
Besides bugging colby?

Anyone try it the old fashioned way?
thru a dos prompt?

Well I went ahead and bought a cable. I'm hoping that my $89 will help light a fire under colby. :D haha Maybe if we all buy a cable then it would get done sooner???

Think about it, late model DSM's, 3g eclipses, older evo's, and a bunch more. I think there's more serious tuners using this processor than all those supported right now. I know of only two guys here in Abq who are tuning with ECUflash. But I know more than 30 guys here in Abq who would love to tune with ECUflash if this kernel gets done.

Jeez man, take it easy! It's not like any of us are paying for this stuff.

Obviously Colby's life hasn't allowed him time to get around to this yet.

He makes money off of the cables we buy from him.

I just want a fucking update, that's all. Is that too much to ask?

Yeah colbys hardware is very popular, probably 1000 cables sold. He could make another $50,000 from his cables if he did a kernal for the Evo5/6 ecus I'm sure. You could upgrade to an Evo7/8 ecu for now, which is what I did, but yeah it would be nice to have the H8539F kernal done, there is an Evo6.5 H8539F around that would be of use to colby, If anyone is in contact with Colby, just let him know that it would be appreciated by many, and we'll be patient :)
