Anybody who can help, a newbie here.
Been following the developments of ECUFlash for the EVO X with much anticipation and am slowly starting to pick up the courage to tinker with my EVO X JDM.
I've read as much of the material as I could find in preparation of using ECUFlash and tested a demo read from the files from "gunzo", but when it came to reading my rom an error read that it could not recognise my rom. I am guessing it is because of the definition file, tell me if I am wrong. Can anyone show me where I can get the definition file for the EVO X GSR JDM.

it wouldnt download the rom or you cant open it when you have it downloaded, did you try the ecu unlocker .

I don't think I have any issues with reading the rom as the error is "Unkown ROM Image".
I haven't tried the ecu unlocker though. Is it used for the reading or the opening of the rom?

duh, i found out what was wrong. I did not select the right car model from the startup screen. Thanks for responding though todd.
