Hi there
We have an evo 9 that has been flashed using ecuFlash version 29 but now we are trying to get into the mivec map using version 32 but the current definition file is not accurate we can't see the rpm or correct engine load by camshaft degrees in the mivec table can anyone help or have a xlm file that works? Thanks

Hello guys:
When flashing or pulling the rom, you need to hook anything extra beside the cable and the attached socket?
I work on Subaru's, so it is a little different there.

Nope; just the Tactrix OBDII connector, and the Test Mode Connector coming out of the back of the OBDII connector (runs the bootloader in the ECU, allows you to 'hook up').

ok.
When finish flashing, can you leave it connected?
As you can see, this is my first time tuning Evo's. I tune Subaru's, so forgive me

Yes you can leave it connected in theory, because the Bootloader Mode line is software controlled. However if for some reason that line was to be driven active while you were driving, the car would stop; that could be *bad*. Because of this, I'd recommend unplugging the test mode connector while driving; it's tethered to the OBD connector so should be ok to be left hanging there.
