Space Gear? MUT-II?

Got a 97' Mitsubishi Space Gear (L400, Delica in other countries) with a Engine ECU E2T63172, engine is 4G64 (2,4i petrol)
Have some trouble with the ECU... missing some voltages...
In the workshop manual stands something about MUT-II to read the error codes...
Can I do this? What cable? Selfmade? Buy where?
