Help with gas guzzling

Just like the title says, I'm getting about 12 mpg city staying out of boost/ low boost acceleration. I logged it today full pull and I'm not getting any knock, its my first time using mitsulogger so I could be mistaken, but it doesn't look like its pulling timing and switching to the low octane map.
Can someone take a look at my ROM and log??

Mods are Buschur cone filter, cat delete, muffler delete, and mech O2 CEL fix.

I have taken your map and moded the fuel, ign and turbo for you.
Please try it and post your comments.
So
Shouyld give your car a good kick up the arse and save you some fuel.

The maps looked rather aggressive to me. In fact, a bit lean from where I come from with RON98 petrol.
