Just want to confirm with you guys whether the E7 launch control address is at 15ae? It states 5000 rpm...

I think so, all the definitions i got have it at 15ae, my std ecu is set to 5000rpm, and soo is my ralliart one, but either of them stop me revving it past 5krpm with the clutch in and in gear
