I can edit all of the fields in this rom with the exception of the Injector Scaling as you can see in the attached picture.

I also attached the rom (rev 13). Do I need a modified definition? Any help will be greatly appreciated?

I had a similar thing happen when I first started using my widescreen laptop. You could try messinge with the DPI settings for your display, another fix I found was to go into the map editor, the scalings section and change the format from 0f to 1f.
