How do I unlock my Dynoflash ECU

Im a newbto the tuning game. I have all the saftware and obd2 connecter but when I try to open my ecu map it wont open. I have a mail in dynoflash on my ecu and im trying to read it and modifie/retune my car but it seem like theirs a code on it can some one help is their a code unlock mode I can use or do I need to send it back and have it put back to stock

They may have locked it if you are following the correct procedure for using Ecuflash. If so, sorry, you're out of luck. Get someone local to tune you directly on Openecu so it won't be locked.
The commercial competitors (Ecutek, Cobb, etc) are all locking the ability for standard flashing.

It is possible to unlock it using some extra software...
except i forgot where it is. Activematrix or something similar... humph... perhaps someone can clue you in on the exact url
