how do you remove the jdm speed limiter is it just higher numbers mean higher limits ??

the US cars have the speed limiter set to the highest value which essentially disables it. You can do the same on cars for other markets that have speed limiters. I think the max value is 319 or 519, whatever it is, its much higher than the RPM limited top speed this car is capable of.
