First Flash and Log

I just did my first flash and log. The flash was nothing big as it was just the latest SOA update. Everything went well and I didn't hear any knock.... finally!!!!! But my question is that in my logs, I saw some negative knock correction (and I was told this was bad) but I'm suprised since it was just the SOA ROM and I'm completely stock engine wise. Is this bad or just a fluke? I only saw it once during a "hard driving" run and I did a few. I can post the logs if you want to see them. Any advice on what it may be?
