2004-2005 sti jdm help

Good day , I'm attempting to reflash for the first time my jdm sti , can some one tell me the exact connectors to buy and version of software to use ,
so far from my research i think i need the white and a tactrix 2.0 and newest software .

Hello f5tuner,
You don't need anything other than an OpenPort 2.0 and a free download of EcuFlash, both of which can be obtained at tactrix.com. I would recommend using the latest version of the software which can be found under the 'beta' area in our downloads section. Very shortly we'll be making some changes to that and making it an official release.

You will need either Openport 1.3u or Openport 2.0 and the White connector which has two jumper leads (also called the flash connector).
