Increasing the MAF Scaling

first i don´t know if this is the right forum for my request but i hope so
i had tuned my Subaru WRX MY2002 a little but,
MD555 Turbo
3" Samco Inlet
3" Airfilter and Maf Sensor Holter from RCM
2.2 Stroker
and so on
m Problem is now when i want to adjust my MAF Sensor i reached the g/s limit very early and this is my problem, how could i increase this limit to 400 or 500 g/s ????
at the moment the limit is at 300g/s
