I juste get my tactrix cable and try to use EcuFlash and EcuExplorer, i can use EcuExplorer to see data live but when i try to read ECU i can't


EcuFlash give me this:

Did you connect the green diagnostic connectors and jumper the flash block (if any)?

I had a similar problem last week after doing everything right. I read somewhere on here about low battery voltage causing such errors. So what I did was to connect the battery of a running car to the car being read/flashed using jumper cables. It then worked after about 2 minutes of the running car charging the one being read.
