can dealership know if it has been reflashed?

i have a 2006 WRX TR with catback and intake with 7 yrs warranties....i want to reflash and save the stock rom back but i was just wondering if the dealership will know that i had reflashed the ECU once i reflash to the stock if i ever took in for service cuz i have 7 yr/80k of warranties

Really? If it's reset to stock?
How? Is there ROM / Checksum info stored elsewhere?

I had to have my tranny redone by warranty on my '06 wrx and I reflashed back to stock they didn't know. The laughed cuz all it had was an exhaust.
Of course we had full coilovers, turbo inlet hose, headers, uppipe, dp, fmic, etc etc
