WRX PRODRIVE Remove speed limiter!!

Someone I can help,
I have a Subaru Impreza WRX Prodrive 250CVS of 2002
My Subaru reach 250 kmh and limits of speed electronically!
Someone can tell me how to remove the limiter electronico this WRX Prodrive of 2002? ? ?
Is that so I informed with the Subaru Portugal, the WRXs Prodrives in Portugal is all limited to 250 Kmh! !
