E2ZD508C - 2003 Subaru Legacy 2.5 MT EDM

could anyone help to get a definition file for this ROM, or just fix a P0420 cel in this rom?

CEL master switch table is at 0x6E1C8. You'll see a bunch of either h'00 or h'01. Those turn the CELs on and off.

All the codes are at:
0x6E284 + n * h'14
where n is a base 10 integer 0 <= n <= 180. (or hex, 0 <= n <= h'B4)

The only instance of "0420" in the CEL table is at 6E3FC, but that is actually some code related to P0350, which is at 0x6E400, a valid address according to the above. Thus, I don't think that car can pop a P0420. Sure that's what you need? I'm pretty darn sure it doesn't exist in that ROM.

thanks for your answer, does this mean i have to put 01 instead of 00 at 6E3FC to disable this CEL? i tried to use WRX method - to put 00 00 instead of 04 20 at 6E3FC and 6E8C4, then car starts, but idle is about 1200rpm and max rpm was 2000...
