You probably don't have any XML file which defines the tables. You can download a program which can create this XML file from
http://www.tinywrex.endoftheinternet.org/XMLWRITE_rh.html.
Also, you should attach a copy of the file which came from your ECU. Click on "Add an Attachment" at the bottom of the "Post a Reply" screen

The CalID for this ROM is A4RN200H, indicating it was for the European market, not JDM. And it looks like Enginuity already has table definitions for it. Try using that program for editting.
