need help for2.5rs turbo..

Hi! i'm trying to get info on that..my friend got a 2.5rs 99 he just add a turbo on it..

i would like to know if i can read is map...and if i could program it...
my friend stay 3hr from me...soo i have not try anything for the moment.... i m gone a see i'm in two week's hope someone will help me berfore...
