Does anyone have some experience with this map.
I bought it, flashed it to my ecu today and got some interesting logs
My first log run, I noticed that th IAM was already at 16, this is where it is set in the map. I went out did a few runs got home to check the data, looked at the min, max values before turning the car off and noticed that the IAM was down to 12 from 16. I also noticed that there was a -5 min value in the knock correction with a max of 15. I'm very concerned that there was some serious knock. I am running 93 oct. on this 91 oct. map.
I later found out that the blasted logging didn't work for some reason on the first run. I also noticed that my AFR did not get any richer than 12.0/1 with the XPT map.
Temp today was 75F, humidity about 65% I'm in Florida so pretty much at sea level.
I've attached the second run and one of my Cobb 93 oct stg 2 logs from a recent track event at Sebring.
Just comparing the logs it appears that the Cobb map is much better overall than the XPT map.
Some review and feedback from you guys would be greatly appreciated.
The mods on the car are as follows, TXS turboback exhaust, snorkle delete, K&N filter, P&P throttle body, gutted stock uppipe.
Additional info, the Cobb run was a 25 minute track session. The XPT run was a 3rd gear pull.
The car is used mostly for tracking.

Thanks for the input,

Don

PS I had to change the file extension to XLS since csv files aren't allowed attachments. Youcan probably change the file back to a csv after you download it to view it in ecuexplorer.

Please message me on my forum. I will look at your logs, they will be nuked if posted in public. I've never seen results like what you speak of on 93 or 91 with the final map.

Interesting, I was hoping to get some feedback on this. After 247 looks I would have assumed that someone would give me some help.

Like I said before, look above, your datalogs are nuked. Don't look for help for MY products from any other site because they probably won't know what you're talking about =)

As I said in the above post. I HAVE sent these data logs to you in a pm and received NO response.
These are only datalogging files NOT !! ROM images of Cobbs maps nor your maps. Again ONLY data logging files.
I don't think these are illegal to post.
Victor, why did you delete the logging data from the post?

I have deleted an only attachment once, and it just wipes it out with no trace that there was an attachment at all. It doesn't make the file zero bytes. I bet it just wasn't uploaded properly to begin with. Either that or Colby deleted it. Given what I know about how it works I think it just wasn't uploaded properly.

These maps are Base maps, maps where you plug in, Log, and adjust. If you got the free vers of the stg 2 then you should really street tune it from someone that understands tuning or get it dyno'd tuned. No 2 cars are exactly the same.

instead of making a gripe about not getting help, just read the tuning forums and learn. I learned a whole deal from reading all the tuning forums for WRX.

btw -kc is bad

that is prolly why your AM dropped. My guess is that the -kc was in high rpm under high load? cause thats where i got my -kc with the free osecurom stg 2 map

I've already been in contact, this is an old thread. Anyone with problems using the r1 of the XPT map for 02-05 can pm me their order number and I will send the new revision to them.
