Do i need a jumper cable to flash a 2006 WRX USDM? If so where in the hell is the connector located? Thanks guys.

You don't need it.

There is a connector behind the fuse panel that must be connected for you to be able to read or flash the ecu, mine was green. hope this helps someone.
