Quirks with an AH580?

I just got my swap running today and drove it :)

It is a 2003 JDM EJ207.

After driving it for a while, A/F Correction is always pegged at +25% at idle. Is this normal?

I keep thinking a bad ECM, but I hope it is not. KC is normal at 0. Injector Pulse is kindal low at 1.97 to 2.05. A/F sensor from Lamda to AFR shows 15:1 to 17:1.

From previous experience, all A/F Learn and Correction numbers should be relatively close to the value of 0%, +/- 10%

Would it be a good idea to update to an AH581, as that is all I usually see on the Twin Scroll ECM being discussed?

Thanks,

-phill

Don't you think your problem might be related to the octane of the fuel your running? JDM cars are mapped for 100 octane which is the pump fuel they normally use in Japan. This might give a different A/F compared to the fuel you are using and the ECU will compensate for this. As a rule of thumb it is NEVER a good idea to drive a JDM car ANYWHERE else in the world. People in the UK regularly blow up engines because they were not remapped when arriving in the UK.

Cheers,

Jasper.
