Stage 2 - A4SGE01C - overboosting?

I downloaded the Stage 2 map - A4SGE01C, flashed, and now I get a P0244 CEL in 4th gear, and the boost goes up to 18.4psi. I have "loosened" the wastegate actuator arm in hopes of reducing the boost levels, but after 4 full turns, it doesn't seem to have changed it at all. What should I be looking for to fix this? Should I keep lengthening the WG arm until the boost changes? Should I change the WG duty cycles? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have a GM bcs installed or are you running the Factory setup?
