Well, I'm not sure there is any easy way, nor if that's a good idea to do anyway. It's hard to know exactly what equipment differences there are. Could be different heads, cams, etc. It is probably better to keep the stock maps as a basis for a custom tune.
If you were to do this, it would be best to just copy the map data from one to the other. I.e. Open both files in your editor, highlight the boost map on the USDM and copy it, then paste it on top of the EU. You may have to double check and manually fix the row and column header values. Depends on your editor. But the basic idea is to open your stock rom and the other rom you want to "copy" and just make the maps look the same. Again, I wouldn't suggest this, as many maps are built to interact and fit together. You never know if there is a map you might miss, or why there are differences.
The base tune is probably a better basis to start tuning than a different model car.
